    3. I am grateful for my sister, who turned 22 today. I am grateful to have a partner in crime like her. Even though she's in India, and I'm in the US, I think about her a lot.

I'm giddily grateful for a 43" PC monitor.

I'm exuberantly grateful for going balls deep into Oblivion today whereas I do not mean the oblivion one falls into while drinking alcohol and fapping.

I'm grateful for the grace of my Mom who has put up with more than enough garbage from my addictions over the years.

    Its Sunday folks!
Ive been so busy these days and today ill just relax and chill and do nothing.
Ill meditate, detox from fridays night out alcohol consumption. 24 h fast?
This past week Im grateful for:
*Work, (getting good at taking blood samples), Monday -Friday.
    *Gym, (mon,tue,Fri) New program.
*Night Out with Old friends. Socialise, (unfortntley alot alcohol. But my friends drinks alot and I just wanted to be 1 night to not think about what I put into my body. Just be.) I havent been out for along time and 6 month since i drank. Was fun, but felt bad the day after. Alcohol is in my past. Ill not drink for a long time now...
    *Dinner with relatives (cousins)
    *Driving Lic update.
*Helped alot at home for my parents. Throw alot trash.
*Been Long days. Up 05 - 23. And have things always to do. I think 1 big benefit of this nofap is that i constantly have energy through out the day. I can feel sometimes that I dont get any more benefits but Im used now to always feel energised. I think thats why. Other benefits is that i have easier to have conversations to people. I am Semi introvert. I am more intressted in others.
*One thing I still struggle with is anxiety and beeing in my head. Ive improved alot tho. But i still have these moments im in my head and think "what should i say" "what do they think" "how do I look"etc... I had this especially when i was hung over yesterday. But I am more acceptable when i feel this. And i get out of that "state" alot faster. But this is 1 big issue i have that i Need to work on. How to break out of the state of beeing inside your head. To always have confidence and be able to be yourself in any moment.
*New week tomorrow, new goals, new possibilities to help people, gains.
Peace out folks, have a great sunday!

@av_2905 Same here - let's conquer this enemy for once and for all!
@Xience 43 inches? That's really huge for a PC monitor. How much hz does it have? And, congratulations for that!
@microsmurfen Try to cut out the alcohol for once and for all. You are doing great, and keep it up!
@NightReaper775 100 pages? Really respect! I am happy if I keep reading 10 a day, but 100, wow. Keep it up!

I relapsed yesterday, but I have to say that the relapse led me to analyse myself. I was not able to progress the thought of never fapping again. Furthermore, I was quite negative throughout my last streaks, especially in my last one. "Attitude is a little thing that makes a BIG difference" - Winston Churchill. From now on, I'll be positive all day! This is the first time I truly realized this.

    1. I am grateful for a new, fresh streak. I can feel the victory already!
    2. I am grateful for being myself, and for feeling awesome and energized.
    3. I am grateful that I do not regret the past.
    4. I am grateful for learning from our mistakes, every mistakes brings an important lesson with it. We just have to dig deep enough to find that lesson.
    5. I am grateful for the gym session I had early today.
    6. I am grateful for going to the gym really early. 10:30AM I began to work out! I never went out that early before, and it felt GREAT!
    7. I am grateful for my friends, family and for the good lads in the gym.
    8. I am grateful for my personality and for myself, I love myself!
    9. I am super greatful for having an insanely productive day, after not even one day after the last relapse. What can stop me now?
    10. I am grateful for the awesome people here, and for my AP.
    11. I am grateful that we are fighting together and united against our common foe. "My enemy's enemy is my friend!"
    12. I am grateful for reading quite a bit after my gym workout!
    13. I am grateful for the two cold showers I took today - 10min in total!
    14. I am grateful that I broke my deadlifting record - 130kg max of 5 reps now!

    1. I'm grateful for the workout session today.
    2. I'm grateful to Tony Robbins for his wonderful advices.
    3. I'm grateful that I abstained from PMO and Facebook today.

After yet another relapse, I wanna remain positive and not be besides myself with guilt.

    1. I am grateful that I was able to beat cancer and get a second shot at life.
    2. I am grateful for all the doctors and surgeons who made dealing with the diagnosis so easy.
    3. I am grateful for my family for helping me acquire the mindsets to deal with such a tough situation.

  16. Hey @LoyalKnight you have always inspired me on this forum by your never give up attitude. Keep fighting!!

Today I was reading Tony Robbins' book therein he explains that everything we do is either to gain pleasure or pain(just think for a moment). He says we can overcome our addiction right in this moment if we start associating pain to PM. Just thought i must share with you. It works with me and I'll be glad if it is of any help to you as well. Thanks for reading.:)

    1. I am grateful for having a great time with my best friend, visited a famous temple and had dinner at a restaurant.
    2. I am grateful for having completed the artwork that I had planned to do this Sunday.
    3. I am grateful that my ear pain is fully healed.
    4. I am grateful for my Super dad, because of him the water pump was fixed. [The whole of the floor can have water now]

    1. I am grateful for all the tons of food I get to enjoy soon! One of the most powerful and valuable techniques I've ever learned in my life is finding the positive in every negative situation. My current negative situation is that I'm having to stay up really weird hours in order to fix a messed up sleep pattern.. but I've found something rather awesome about it: it means getting to pack all my daily meals into an extremely small eating window. Almost like a free cheat day except no extra calories are being consumed, it just feels like they are because I'm eating like ~2.5k calories in a few hours. I love eating so I'm looking forward to it ;)
    2. Once again, applying the same negative into positive idea: I am grateful I had another wet dream last night. I'm not one of those people who buys into the whole "wet dreams are a sign that you're healing" stuff or any of that, because I've experienced it myself: wet dreams absolutely aren't necessary, I went 300 days without any. They come as a result of too many sexual thoughts prior to bed manifesting as sexual dreams where you reach O. So I absolutely intend to prevent them from re-occurring. However I do have two positives I found in this negative: 1) I do have that nice post-O relaxed feeling, without all the brain fog of PMO. 2) My sex drive tends to decrease ever so slightly on the day or two following any sort of O, so this means fewer urges, and fewer sexual thoughts prior to bed, meaning a lower chance of it happening again, and an easier time sticking with my streak.
    3. I am grateful that today's video seems to have been very well received so far. I made a video announcing a new second YouTube channel that I'll be starting, and I'm really excited for it. Basically, some of you who have followed my journals for a long time may be aware I run a small YouTube channel of about 18.9k subscribers. It was intended to be a self-development channel, but a few of my lucid dreaming guides really took off, drawing in most of my subscribers, and so I built up a lucid dreaming focused audience. I do pretty fantastic in the lucid dreaming niche, and almost any lucid dreaming related search term will bring up multiple videos of mine on the first page. In fact I think I'm currently the 2nd largest lucid-dreaming focused channel there is, although I may be wrong there. So I've done well in that respect. However, my self-development videos have done poorly in comparison because most of my viewers want the lucid dreaming stuff. After trying for months and months to simply convert my lucid dreaming viewers to my regular content and not really succeeding, I've realised it's time for a change of strategy: Starting a second channel, and keeping the two channels on their own niche focus. Channel A on lucid dreaming/dreams/astral projection/etc, channel B on self-improvement. I've already made the channel, and I'll be working on the first videos for it very soon. Today I posted an announcement video giving people a heads up about the second channel. I didn't expect it to get many views or much positive feedback, but so far it's been very well received, so I hope that means good things in store for channel B!

@DeterminedToWin Thank you a lot! That means a lot to me - I really feel honored that I could encourage you to keep going. We have to stand firm and believe in our victory! I failed because I did not believe in my victory, and I ended up in heavy binging. But now: I believe in myself, and I believe in your victory too - you can achieve it if you believe it!

One post again, now to finish the day. I forgot to post here in the last two days, I have to keep this habit alive!
