Cold Showers

    I tried to take a cold shower, but my balls and penis shriveled up so much and are so sensitive to the cold compared to the rest of my body. Is this how it is for everybody, or is there some way to stop that from happening? If it's normal I guess I can endure it but seeing my junk that small kinda scares me lol

    Ive been taking them every day for the last week and have seen benefits. The shrivilling is just your blood moving to vital organs and something I pay very little notice of lol.
