Abstain, abstain and abstain. Just don't do it, focus on hobbies and physical engagement. Don't look at anything that turns you on and triggers your urges and addiction, because you are addicted. If you feel like doing it, just remember, every time you do it, you get closer and closer to never being satisfied with a real woman. Stop gripping you penis and start gripping life.

 

Stay strong - it was a big first step to come here - you have admitted your problem, now stay with the community to improve and take control of yourself. You can do it. Commit, commit and commit again! Forgive yourself for past behaviours and have confidence in your willpower! If you relapse, pick yourself up and start again! Don't give up!

Bcoz whn u run frm this it will run more faster thn u.....
Dont say "no I dont wanna do this" nd all tht kind of stuff.......
Jst replay all the film of last relapsing......
Dont jst see the pleasure of relapsing....
Bt also see the regret,guilt nd destroyed self respect aftr relapse......
Nd aftr all this jst ask a simple question to urself it is good to regret nd feel insulted of ur inner soul...???
Nd do not tempt urself....
