My addictions haven't grown out of control as would be considered clinical, but I'm on a huge self reinvention and self discipline phase in life and I heard about this movement and I decided to add this to my list if self improvements. Recently it has taken some slightly darker turns than I'm comfortable with and so it kind of hit me that it's time to stop acting like this is normal. I haven't had a girlfriend in years and when I did, towards the end there were some emotional abused that left me in hermit mode for a while.

But I'm already taking control of my fitness and so this seemed like the next logical step.

As long as it sticks to the pure psychology and science. I am set in my personal beliefs and not religious at all. Psychology and Empirical Science are what speak loudest to me.
