I am 28 years of age and its been over a decade when I started PMO. In the last few years its become critical as I spend hours on end looking at porn. Before I sleep I look at porn and when I wake I only think about sex. My work as a web designer has suffered so much that it is impossible to meet deadlines and as a result my reputation as a freelancer has gone down the drain. Talking to women is hard for me as I make them feel uncomfortable as I constantly objectify them. My esteem is at its lowest ebb. I have become more of a loner and dont really have any close relationships. I have tried hard to stop even talking it out with a mature person but all has failed. I dont know what to do but to try this site

One day at a time man. -That's all it takes.

You'll feel shakey to begin with, but it won't kill you.

Porn addiction is really as harmful as drug addiction. I also faced the consequences of pornography. Porn seems to be triggering some chemical changes in the brain, which makes us to come back after it again and again. But the good news is that, our brain can be reset again, though it will take time. I mean if we have been growing in addiction for years, it would naturally take time to overcome it. But you are on track.!
