    can haveing intercourse with your woman speed the reboot process up ive gone a week without p.m but had intercourse once struglled to get an erection at first but got there i. the end very embarrasing but i think it may help with the reboot thanks for any info

    I don't think it would speed up a reboot but I think it is a good way to unload excess sexual tension and allow your mind to focus on living life.

    Here is my personal opinion: If you have sex with a woman because you love her and you are enjoying yourselves you should not feel bad about that. It is healthy sexuality. However, if you are objectifying women, just use them for your sex release, or paying for sex in order to get off you are not helping yourself. You are still acting out your addiction and using a woman to orgasm rather than porn. I personally believe that nofap or no PMO is not an end in itself, but a means to end compulsive sexual behaviour that is out of control. Acting out on a woman will not help in the long run. However, making love to your woman is healthier and helpful. Just my thoughts :cool:

    sex in a relationship. sex without paying woman. no porn and no masturbation.
    this is the optimal plan. last sex with a girlfriend is about 12 years ago.
    it is insane looking back and perceive what pornaddiction did to me.
    just sleeping beside a girl - waking up and cuddle with her - feels impossible right now!

    Update e.d cured and sex lifes great secret is healthy diet pomegrante juice which i erge u to study trying to quit porn but truthful i still relapse but im trying very rarely view it now but i have a wonderful lady who i love and my e.d is cured id say sex sorry if a trigger word has speeded up recovery and its meaningful as i love her good luck my friends thanks for help still got a long way to go though
