Fear of having sex again

Discussion in 'Rebooting - Porn Addiction Recovery' started by Deleted Account, Jul 16, 2017.

  1. I fear to have sex again bc last time I couldn't gain an erecting at all and she was the most attractive girl that's been into me.. How do you overcome this? Just saying screw it and trying again? If it happens again I'm screwed. But the next time around I'll try to not be sloppy drunk too.

    You have PIED? @wethebest

    My SO has PIED.
Could have been the liquor... But if not, what do you want to know?
How far are you into your Reboot?
When was this last time? (during reboot)
Have you had any relapses since or continued your Reboot well?
If I can help with anything, I'd be glad to.

  5. So I had this incident and then I panicked, and found nofap. I'm on my highest streak now, 63-64 days. My second highest was 23 days. I had four or five other streaks that were 2-3 days (chaser effect after 23 day relapse).

I think the incident was that I couldn't get an erecting whatsoever with her who has been the most attractive girl that's been into me. I was drinking both beer and liquor heavily. I was nervous af bc it was my first time and I didn't know what I was doing and she did. I might also have PIED /Death grip syndrome bc I do have a problem . I was PMOING or at least MOing once or twice a day.

I'm gonna try to word this next part w/o any triggers. She stimulated me with her mouth and I gained a partial erection, even when drunk but lost it. So that leaves me w a little hope but still depressed. Overall she was/is very very kind and awesome person bc she didn't tell anybody or roast me about it.

If you could help that'll be great. Im 20 and in college, home for summer break. I was 19 at the time and she was 23, which is a perfect age for me. I fear of attempting sex again due to this whole situation, I'm not sure if my reboot is heading in the right direction.

  6. @Jolie here's the thing. That was last spring when I was a sophmore. Now early my freshman year I could easily gain an erection with girls dancing at clubs and stuff, just didn't take them home. I would have to hide it but both of us would love it. So compete opposites. I think I really gained a PMO there. So about 1-1.5 years maybe

  7. Well if it´s that important to you, there´s always the little blue pill from your doctor.
The problem is in your head:
You couldn´t get it up the first time, probably due to a combination of porn and anxiety. Now you are even more anxious, when you have sex the next time, so it´s even harder to get an erection.
I´ve gotten myself some pills. But I´ve used it only once. But just having them in your pocket makes you worry less and you will probably get hard by yourself. And if you don´t, you can always take the pill.

I don´t know if this is an option for you, but for me it helped.

Try karezza method or taoistic practice not to ejaculate in the end
    Many said that helps

  9. It's more afraid of you than you are if it.

Actually @wethebest , it does sound like PIED.
And with your current streak, you should be OK after 90 days, if you don't have too much anxiety and take it slow.
If you have more questions, feel free to ask... Or message me.
My SO has struggled with this for years.
Also, if you are planning on having sex, don't use alcohol until you are in a relationship. They don't mix in your current situation.
Also, the little blue pill doesn't work for everyone and the younger tech version of PIED has less luck with it and can become easily discouraged and can be confused and easily depressed when it doesn't work.... So maybe try finishing your Reboot first.
Good luck, and I'm glad you are getting better!
