My reboot timeline! Success so far

I am 3 days into my reboot. Urges are at a minimum thankfully! I am new here and have had the PMO addiction for 20 years. Thank God for leading me here with you all and your inspiration.

I am doing my best to avoid all triggers to include staying off of the internet with the exception of news sites and this forum. I allowed triggers to lead me right to porn sites but not anymore! I MUST be done with that!

 

I am on day 4. Yesterday was tough. Had several triggering moments but I stayed strong. I have a deep addiction to electronics as well as PMO. It's a hard cycle to break.
When triggered, I go to where my wife is and stay by her side/talk about something random and the urge subsides. She does not know about my issue but the company certainly helps.

 

Thanks StraightEdge! My wife is great about sex and has asked a lot lately. I am really tired of not being able to perform as well as I used to because of PMO. It's hard to come up with excuses when you are 35. ED should not be an issue for me.

 

Thanks. I don't necessarily have issues with ED, but when I PMO that day, I can't perform well that night. She may think though that's it's a true ED problem and I don't want her to think that.

 

Yup! That's exactly what I do. I try to figure out when she will want sex and just avoid PMO that day. A dangerous game.
