    Can't believe this shit man. Just as I was about to hit 90 days. The urges just got the absolute best of me and boom... I pmo. BUT I will admit something, that orgasm was the best I've ever had! Yes I have to reset my counter, but at least I know what a difference abstaining from pmo for almost 90 days. I won't give up and I will move forward with this! Let this be a lesson.

    Well never mind we all make mistakes but the important thing is to keep going.Don't relapse again and reach another 90 days again and then more.The important thing is not to fall back to the old habits because even if you are healed the danger is always there so stay strong man

    Man, what happened? I mean obviously we've all relapsed, so no judgment here. But getting 90 days is such a massive accomplishment ... did you just let your guard down? Did you allow triggering visuals to go unchecked? What happened?

    What you share can help the rest of us to be more vigilant when we're 90 days clean ourselves.

    Yikes, sometimes our brains play tricks on us and we give in. Just focus on not letting it get the best of you especially since you just reset so it's gonna be a little bumpy.

    I honestly let my guard down by my subconscious allowing me to view p subs, such as actresses that do your favorite category. The urges and the curiosity got the best of me and I failed right then and there brother. It's one thing to stop pmo cold turkey but it's a matter of discovering why you allowed it to happen. I haven't gotten that far into my journey yet.
