You didn't let anyone down. You fell but you are trying. Only those who try fail.

I noticed that since I've seriously tried to give up PMO I feel much, much worse when I've fallen. It makes me want to despair of quitting. But I can't. Another way to look at it is a gift. That miserable feeling is actually an encouragement to quit. You don't want to feel like that again.

I hate to tell you that prayers won't do anything. He will not use his powers on your wanking when there are kids starving in foreign countries, gang violence in big cities, and babies born with deadly diseases.

The only way you are going to beat this addiction is to take matters into your own hands. No one else is going to help you out.

This might sound harsh, but that's just reality. Reality does not give a fuck. And magic won't help you.

    Good luck.

I respect your opinion. I don't agree but I respect it. I just ask you respect mine. Anyone who knows God knows he has power to help with all problems of all people small or big.

I agree prayer alone won't fix things. It takes action as well. And at the very least you should respect that if someone is using Faith as a foundation and solid point to beat this addiction that is their choice. We all have our places of strength to beat anything and if that's mine, as well as many others, then it should be respected.

I don't care if you get pissed at me or not for this, but I'll pray you see the light one day brother.

To everyone else, thanks for the encouragement!! Stay strong and learn from all your mistakes!

Also my whole family is Christian, and I love them to death. I was just being straight forward, not condescending.

I was disappointed when I failed at seven days too. But then I started to think about it, and in the great scheme of things, seven days was one hell of an achievement considering I was doing it several times per day the last few years. It's not the end of the struggle by any means. This is really hard. I knew just how hard this was going to be the first time I relapsed, which was MO during a cold shower. During a cold shower! This is going to be tough; we just need to do better every time.

@Brockfoor9 , It is good to be confident that you are not alone.
The next time you have an urge to watch P, you could ask Jesus what he would like to watch, so you can watch together.
