I've just started and I don't doubt it's going to be hard, but how long does the urges take to stop and the mind to fully reset it'self?

When I stopped PMO a couple years ago, the first/second months were the hardest, after that I handled myself pretty well.
But on the bright side, it was really worth the effort.

90 days the least, 2 years the longest, based on what i've read.

It all depends upon the person, anywhere from 90 Days to a couple of years seems to be accurate .

It really depends, 90 days is a roundabout number.

First time i started nofap, after about 60 days i felt an enormous shift in how i felt and the person i was, now i don't think i was 100% but i'd say i was pretty close, and i think had i continued i was in the clear.

But sadly i slipped back to the old ways and after a week or two of relapsing i went all the way back to the start.

Now i'm on day 14 and i feel as good as probably 30 days the last time.

All i can say is keep going, and even if it takes more than 90 days for you, it is still a small improvement every day so good times are ahead of you.

    good luck.

I had several mini-relapses in my first 90 days and I still noticed a big improvement by 100-120 days but the unfortunate thing is, even if you hardmode after 90 days you can still go back into a flatline if you relapse. But as one of the other posters said, it'll differ a lot from person to person.

90 days is a symbolic number.Sure it can require in some cases that amount of time but sometimes it can take more.It depends on the person and how deep the addiction was.Even ig it takes 90 days keep going there is no other way.If you relapse then there is a very high chance that you go back to square one.So have patience and keep moving forward

Hey I'm on my second month now.. did you exeperience random flatlines than after couple days or a week a boost of confidence and attraction to women.. than all of a sudden a flatline would hit you again and all the attraction and confidence were nowhere to be found?
