Day 4 here. Doing 10 days seems reasonable for a beginner, so I'll jump right in :)

One week down. Three more days to go. It feels good to have made it the whole week. I'm getting close.

I've been reading excessively lately and I got rid of my Xbox, both of which have helped me tremendously.

I think in order for roboots to be successful it has to be about more than PMO. My reboot ( I relapsed at Day 26 now on Day 3) is a hard reboot but it's also about making other changes in my life. Using profanity less, praying more, reading the Bible more, becoming more deeply connected to my spiritual side. It's about cleansing, healing, and even to some extent purging negative energy from my body and soul. I accept the pain. It's should be painful. I should be tested. It's about improved impulse control, fortitude, and principles. It goes deeper than my dick.

I joined the forum yesterday and I'm doing a standard mode PM. I changed my diet a few months ago to a grain free, sugar free, processed food free way of eating and walking 3 miles a day. Feeling good about myself and really feel the need to attack my biggest problem...PMO. Well, my biggest problem is walking away from God for a long time and doing things selfishly my way. Time to get back there and communicate with the great healer of hearts and minds.

I like the idea of going 10 and then moving on, I'm in!

Day 5 here and tomorrow will be a day I'll need to beware. I better leave the phone at home.

    This is my first challenge.
Now, if I complete the 10 days PM free is it proper forum etiquette to join a 30 or 90 day challenge without resetting back to 0 days?
This is all assuming I'll make the 10 days.
