Headache when thinking sexual thoughts

    I keep getting this intense headache whenever I think of anything sexual (from fantasizing to fighting my cravings to when I inadvertently find myself looking at sexually suggestive pics. I'm betting that is still the dopamine working like old times right? Is it cheating on my nofap?

    same problem here for really really long time more like 4-5yr, still facing it every day .........whenever sex thought comes to mind head pain start. evene i get close to any real girl in day to day life or see any hot girl on tv, head pain kills me.

    Headaches seem to have subsided. Now my problem is my body getting warm when aroused. Its worse then headaces because its uncomfortable if you want to function in daily life and longer lasting. I documented it in another thread titled "That aroused feeling"
