losing motivation for quitting help

    porn addiction is slowly taking over my brain, i havent relapsed yet but idk i feel like im losing interrest and motivation for nofap

    Porn has some pretty horrible side effects... One of which is antisocial tendencies. Which while I was an addict I had no idea I had. It wasn't until after I really started to stop that I got better and realized how horrible my life was... Use that as your motivation. To either get better, or stay better.
