ok this is my best record I have never stopped PMO more than 2 weeks, but I got weak today and I couldn't help it

I usually when go back to masturbation after I quit I just keep doing it antell my next resolution

I'm very disappointed of myself since I stopped PMO I started to go to the gym and workout & I also was on diet but I screwed everything

Does anyone got back from this stage to normal please let me know how?

And what should I do next??

It's called a reset. Just continue on with your reboot and reset your counter if you have one.
PMO is definitely not good, but a isolated incident is not terribly bad.
Relapsing and allowing the addiction to take over again will, as you probably already know, be harmful to your health and wellbeing.
Just keep saying no to PMO.

Try not to beat yourself up about it too much as well, all that stress may cause another relapse. Try to be forgiving to yourself and just try again. That's all we really can do in this fight is to try our very best. Moments of weakness are going to happen but that's when we have the chance to show our strongest selves. Finding other hobbies or habits might help: going for walks, reading, being outside in general, socializing.

Start again and accept that the reboot will not be easy. It will hurt. You will have withdrawal symptoms. You will have super urges. You just have to practice impulse control.
