how long do flatlines last?

For me it was about a week and a half or 2 weeks. For some it will be longer, for some shorter. During this time I was REALLY freaked out, but just stuck with it.... and I'm starting to come around.

A bit of a personal story here, but we are all fam here:

I basically couldn't go a minute without seeing another man and think "I wonder if he has these problems? I bet he can fuck on demand with no P." This really ate at me for a while, and emasculated me quite badly during that flatline period. All I can say is, stick with it! Things do get better, and you'll stop having anxiety over it in time.

My first flatline was 10 days.

 

In the middle of mine but it has been a few days and fairly consistent. I imagine it depends on when you started PMO and how long it's been going on. Feeling pretty lousy these days but this community is helping me through it. Just wish I could muster up the energy to socialize but thinking about it makes me exhausted.

 

Depends on the person. I have never flatlined in 2 reboots.

 

Currently at like 100 days flatline or something along those lines it can be anywhere between a couple of days too like 2 years but I'm seeing recovery times seem to take longer the more I hang about a lot of people it lasts about 6 months

 

As long as it takes.

 

I have been flatlining for months, basically since I seriously started NoFap again ~6 months ago. I found your post because I was also slightly concerned, but Crimson's message reminded me that I probably don't have to be. Basically all of my teenage 'sexual priming' was through a computer screen and so my reboot will probably take a long time (see YBOP).
