Count me in. I'm tired of this crap I'm putting myself through with PMO. It's time for a change. I'm starting small, no PMO for 3 weeks, then onward indefinitely if I can keep it up.

I'm in. I relapsed today after almost a month without PMO, it will be the last time (I went 7 months without it until I relapsed in April, so I know I'm capable of it), August will be the month I give it up for good.

Married guy here and I'm in for this. Tomorrow I finish my 10 day challenge, my first challenge since I've been here. At the end of August I'll have 40 PM free days!

 

Count me in. I do no PM. Relapsed big time end of last week after about 10 days, but like Champ39 above, I did 7 months + already. I PM yesterday several times, but I think all the tools are here for me to stop, so all I need is this motivation to get me started.

 

Count me in. I've just started completely abstaining from porn, so setting a longer-term goal sounds perfect.
