Does quitting pmo gives you a headache ?

From what i understand, a common withdrawl symptom is headaches. I have them too occasionaly, but i'm not sure if anyone else has them since it may vary from person to person. It might be cause of a chemical change in the brain, but i figure a more knowledgeable person would give you better information.

 

I had a bad headache at first.

 

I had/have massive headaches

 

I have no idea but possible

 

Try to stay away from cold drinks if that's your case. They may also contribute to the headaches.

 

I get headaches, brain fogs and sometimes, some anxious tics/shaking when I crave, especially in the beginning. Pretty annoying.

 

bringing this thread back as I searched for it, I'm on day 6 first time and I had a huge headache since this morning and i've had 4 tylenols through out the day and hasnt helped... damn
