Hey all, I just decided to start my NoFap challenge and hopefully change my life for the better. I have no problem achieving erection with a partner, but I cannot reach orgasm at all - which leads me to fantasize about porn when I need to finish after my partner has already finished.
So my question is - should I be limiting masturbation/orgasm also if I were to reboot from porn-induced DE? Or can I still have sex with my partner during my recovery period?

I'm only two days in by the way... and it's already difficult!

It's a personal choice, but if you enjoy having sex with your partner, and your partner does too, then why stop that?
I find it hard to reach an orgasm as well when I'm with someone. But I think it's just the fact that I've been watching porn for too long and that I have to relearn how to enjoy real sex.
Good luck on your journey! :)

I had DE for years. The entire NoFap journey straightened everything out for me. By abstaining from both PMO and MO, you ultimately make your 'encounters' MORE about your significant other. It becomes about pleasing THEM and your 'O's just happen much more naturally. Yes- it's tough to deal with the urges regularly- that's a different issue. Saving the O's this way makes your encounters more valuable for both and the O's actually far more uh.. "out of this worldly." I found that issues with DE lead to porn and PMO which also lead to unable to O without thinking of porn. Maybe it's because regular MO desensitizes you and makes it more difficult to enjoy the real thing. Any way, all in all- good question and congrats on taking the steps here to make improvements. Lots of support to help you. Good luck bro!
