When I was on day 7.Testosterone levels were at their highest.I was able workout harder, had more stamina.More social. No social anxiety.More confidence. After day 7 testosterone levels go down.I was wondering if it was possible to maintain a high percentage after that day?Is there a way to prevent levels to go down?

Out of couriosity, did you an actual blood or saliva test for testosterone, or are suspecting it bc of stronger stamina etc?

I seen a chart that showed testosterone levels were close to 150 percent. On that day,I assumed it was true because I never had that much confidence and stamina before.I did not take a blood or saliva test. After that day,I will felt normal.

So that is just based on a chart and how you were feeling? It might be the test, but it is also other things as well. I wouldn't stress about the test levels. You are 20 and that is most likely less of a reason for that feeling than some physiological reasons. It may be contributing but not the whole reason. Stay the course and you will feel that way most of the time as your superpowers become more prevalent. I am new to this, but have had up to 90 days before. I am much older than you however.

Usually when on nofap your body will have increased testosterone for a certain amount of time and then they will lower back again. This is because when you don't fap for a long time your body is not used the increase amount of testosterone. after about a week they will level back up and balance out

I noticed the same thing, I couldn't understand it at first but realised it is a cycle. Some people recommend abstaining for two weeks then having a cheat... so to speak.

  9. To what end? Also, what would such a, "cheat... so to speak", be? Masturbating until you cum (with or without porn)?

When I'm talking about cheating I'm obviously talking about full relapse. I actually don't believe in the full philosophy of nofap. What I mean by this is, testosterone levels rise and fall by themselves.

There has actually been study showing that testosterone levels drop to 0 after one week. Therefore I don't think it does any harm to relapse. A lot of self-help guides suggest the same exact thing. I mean, anyone is going longer than a week Will know that the so-called god status phase does not last the entire duration of this time.

However, I do believe that long-term addicts should perhaps try to go for the full duration off 90 days. As you know this is easier said than done.

I'm not sure it is a T spike.
I think it is the brain cleaning out the residual fog of dopamine and other hormones released during orgasm.
I think it might also be your psyche that feels good about yourself.

I think T levels are affected by variables such as genetics, health/exercise, diet, sleep, stress.

Don't worry about your T level. Enjoy the strength you are getting from abstention and giving up porn
