day 14! I watched porn in my dreams last night. I remember a couple videos but it wasn't a wet dream. Will this set me back?

Yes it was a dream lol. I just don't want it to release dopamine like crazy like porn awake would. woke up rock hard and panicked lol.

Well now that I'm up I feel fine.

I've had some porn dreams too. Lots of sex dreams but no wet ones. It is bothersome but I try to move on.

hmm. I'm 21 and I've never had a wet dream in my life. I guess it's got something to do with me M every day almost since I was 10.

This happens all the time to everyone, I think. Don't worry, it's not your fault and you have no way of avoiding it. Even after 50 days of hard mode, I had a porn dream last night. The good news that even in my dream I felt like crap for breaking my streak. That's got to be a good sign, right? My efforts to stay clean are trickling into my subconscious... :)

Dreams are probably going to happen. Last week I had them almost every single day. Some were so realistic I thought for a moment I had failed myself after waking up. Just gotta shake it off and move on. I highly doubt its going to effect your dopamine after all you were asleep so I wouldnt worry about that. I believe its like your brain going through withdrawal. A lot of drug addicts have dreams about using for awhile after they quit. Its like your brain struggling to remember something that youve deprived it of.

I just woke up from one myself. It wasn't a wet dream though. I remember waking up and feeling relieved that I was back in the real world where I could continue the fight against the addiction, and also feeling relieved that I wouldn't have to clean the sheets.

Seriously though, I wouldn't worry too much about dreams. They're like the nightmares you used to have as a kid occasionally (or at least I did). They're nothing you can control, so just accept that they are there and move on.
