    Let's say I'm watching a movie and a sexual scene is shown is that considered a relapse? I mean I look away and everything when I see it cause of the oath of nofap I would like opinions anyone I'm on day 71

    I would say it's not a problem as long as you aren't purposely watching it. If you look away that's good. However I would suggest that if you know a movie has content that can be arousing, don't start watching it in the first place. Keep going and congrats on day 71!

    Yea and thank you! I hate pmo it honestly crippled me with anxiety so I'm fighting it with all my might I've gotten better and I know It's because I've stayed away from the poison that is pmo I looked away and I resist the temptation from the damnmation that is pmo. I'm considering starting monk mode to truly cleanse myself from the poison of pmo. Thank you!!!

    no it's absoloutley not a relapse.

    i keep saying this but we cant run from sexuality and imagary forever. You aren't seeking it out, it's fine.

    IF it triggers you (movie scenes dont trigger me personally) then avoid it but otherwise its not an issue
