'Electroma' film by Daft Punk

Has anybody seen this short film? I watched it last night and my first impressions were 'reserved' as I know that usually when I sleep on something all becomes clearer the morning after.

Anyway my take on it is that its a statement about the desperate isolation we feel in our increasingly technologically 'advanced' society and the desprate lengths we go to fit in and be accepted rather than actually address the underlying'causes' etc (such as plastic surgery etc). It also reminded me of modern life being full of 'tireless men on pointless journeys' and the futility of our increasingly isolated exsistence even though we have never been so 'connected' (apparently the futures still Orange!!)

Anyway thats only my yake on it and is well worth a look but not the 'lightest' viewing so probably best have a copy of Carry on Camping on standby! (Or maybe even these...
