Day 0 question

    So I relapsed today, worst I've ever done with edging and anything at all. Anyways, when I reset my counter I start it on the next day because I usually relapse at night. Do I start it today and today counts as day 0 or do I start it tomorrow and tomorrow starts at day 0?
