    Sometimes at night, I get urges when trying to go to sleep. What should I do?
    btw I'm on day 10 currently and 15yrs old.

  2. Try showering in cold water before bed. Sometimes helps. But bro, realize you are not alone. Lotsa guys get wood then .

    I charge my phone in my room as well. I definitely got to stop doing that. Especially when school starts again.
    I haven't watched a real TV show in months because modern TV sucks lol (unless it's one of the science channels). so that part isn't a problem for me. And I've been lifting weights every 1-2 days for a few weeks now. Thanks for the replies, guys!
