It also dumbs one who watches it and doesn't question the logic behind what he is seeking and what he is getting out of what he is doing. There is an absolute disconnect between the two. Just because something turns you on doesn't mean you jack off to it. I started watching game of thrones during my PA, and even when I got turned on by naked women I never had the urge to fap to it. YES!!! That is exactly what you are supposed to do IF you want to win this battle. Sex is EVERYWHERE because it SELLS!! Porn is a multi BILLION dollar industry because most men who see it, are attracted to it and either don't see anything wrong with engaging in it or don't realize anything is wrong with it in the first place. Either way, if you want to be victorious, yes, you need to avoid those things, especially while they're still such a strong temptation for you. If you know what a strong trigger they are, but don't take active steps to specifically avoid those things, expect to fail because that's just you not taking precautionary measures to stay strong. I'm sorry if it sounds bad, but that's your own fault if you don't avoid those things that you know are most likely to make to have to reset the counter.
