Hey guys, I'm currently on my 2nd reboot and I'm on day 7 or 8 I believe (not counting days just months) but kid you not, this feels a hellavah lot easier this time. I have no p thoughts, or urges. I'm just going about my life without it and it's a wonderful feeling. Hopefully I can continue this all the way till the end of the year which is past the 90 day goal which im shooting for. Feedback and advice is greatly appreciated. Wanna know how y'all are doing also!

  2. I think you learn a little bit more each reboot. And you know what to expect with each subsequent reboot.

Glad it's going well and keep going.

Ups and downs are severe. Don't be fooled by the good times. When the bad urges hit hard, you can feel physical withdrawals like shaking, heart racing, unable to concentrate etc. Don't let the mind trick you. It may oh I am already close to being 100% cured or it may say this is way difficult than I thought and there's no way I can stay sober for 100 days during the tough times. Don't listen to your mind until you have reached that stable point that may come after 90, 120, 180 etc days.

Oh I'm sure I will hit rock bottom pretty soon, I'm expecting it but I'm just saying that it feels great right now. That's how my first relapse happened. The withdrawals we're too much.

  5. Enjoy the ups. Minimize the downs. Now is a good time to get into a routine/hobby/interest to keep you distracted from PMO.
