***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I am grateful for a God who loves me and gives me guidance.

I'm thankful to have my sanity though sometimes it feels like it's slipping.

I'm grateful for my abundant wisdom.

 

1. I am grateful that I'm almost at a week without PMO. I've folded many times and feel much better about this attempt to change my life for the better.
2. I am grateful that I start school next week. With each week of school I complete, im one step closer to my goal of becoming a physician.
3. I am grateful for all the people that pray for me. Whether it be an individual on this website or my closest friends, it's always reassuring knowing that there are people who want you to be a better person.

 

1. I'm grateful for being alive & well.
2. I'm grateful for completing 2 weeks without PMO.
3. I'm grateful for doing regularly exercises.

 

1. I am grateful for the beautiful day it is today.
2. I am grateful for making it through the day yesterday.
3. I am grateful for smiling and being happy today.

 

1. I am grateful to be on day 5 of NoFap.
2. I am grateful for the delicious omelettes and breakfast sausages served at work.
3. I am grateful for the new Dominos bread twists.

 

Today I'm grateful for:

1. Learning a lot from reading and constantly discovering new things
2. Being productive with work
3. Having a healthy and functional body

 

I am grateful because everyday is a new opportunity to correct the mistakes I made in the past and do even better!

I am grateful because I am young and the world around me is full of opportunities.

I am grateful for my friends and family who support me and inspire me to do my best.

 

- I am grateful that I am growing up in a family that is financially secure
- I am grateful that I am not as blind to the truth as many others are today
- I am grateful that I have accomplished relatives whom I can look up to

I am grateful that my frequent urination side effect might be going away because of medication

I am grateful that tonight I get to hang out with my friends from my neighborhood
I am grateful that I am going to make an incredeble comeback in life
I am grateful that I have a grate dream and vision for what I want my life to be!

 

I'm grateful that I've been given time, even I usually wasted.

I'm grateful for the healthiness of my teeth and my mouth.

I'm grateful that I'm installing running app (E*******o), and start to have a running target again.

2) I'm grateful for probably my favorite book series, Orson Scott Card's Ender Quintet series
3) I'm grateful for my favorite movie series, the Lord of the Rings

 

1. I'm grateful for music.
2. I'm grateful for completing 15 days without PMO.
3. I'm grateful for holidays.

 

1. I am grateful for the party I just went to. I have not been in a place with so many beautiful women in a long time and am blessed to have been in attendance.
2. I am thankful for my best friends. They've had my back in times where I've truly needed them.
3. I am thankful for my stepfather. He has given me so much and helped me be able to do so many things I've wanted to do since I was 7.

 

I'm grateful for my health

I'm grateful for food and electricity

 

Today I'm grateful for:

1. Amazing morning walk through a forest and over to the beach
2. Having wonderful people in my life
3. Going to a concert tonight

 

#3 is such a blessing. It's a blessing to be able to use the bathroom by yourself because several disabled people don't have that luxury.

 

1) A loving mother that supports me and my aspirations.
2) A loving God that surrounds me in His grace and love.
3) Living in a country where I have access to food, education, and the potential for prosperity. Not trying to gloat or be nationalistic, but living in America is truly a blessing a lot of people take for granted.

 

1. I am grateful for creative seminars.
2. I am grateful for having a great time with my best friend.
3. I am grateful that my friendship with him, didn't end today. Considering a crazy debate.
4. I am grateful for being alive and well.
5. I am grateful for being in abundance and prosperity.
6. I am grateful for that I didn't gave up today.
7. I am grateful for having a great family.

I am grateful to be ok as I am and not always obsess about healthy food. Enjoy life sometimes is good!
and some carbs won't hurt once a week hehe.
