Hello Brianna. If I read your thread correctly I understand your issue is based on addiction that has nothing to do with masturbation or porn, which I think is the main focus of this whole Nofap thingy. I'm not a woman so I can't see the whole angle, but my guess is PMO addiction and SEX addiction with a real partner have a different implication. Do you think porn has anything to do with your sex addiction?

it's you're choice to decide if your sex desire and libido are somthing you want to change or see them as a problem , but personally i think sex is not bad even in high frequency ,unless you have multiple partner (it can have some bad effect) most of us had problem with porn and masturbation those are not healthy things . if your partner cant keep well he's not for you , but it's weird usually man have higher libido in général and women cant keep up. But like Fungry4Success said we are no Women , so i probably had no fucking idea what i'm talking about , but it's just my personal opinion . There is a women section they probably can help you better .

Sounds more like a sex problem, than a porn problem. Might want to check other forums (Just saying).

 

SLAA is a 12step sex and love addiction group that has lots of women in it. They have in person meetings and online meetings too and lots of good literature. The issue is with sex addiction and needing more and more is it leads to being a stripper and doing porn. You will need more and more to get that high.. and have it being weirder and more bizare.. so stopping it now could save you a crazy life of cheating, dating married men, hooking up with coworkers, being out all nite on sex binges and then getting fired from jobs.. ive met women in meetings who have turned to prostitition because they were having sex every day with a different guy so figured why not get paid for it.. just know any addiction gets stronger and worse over time.. and the truth is all this sex is not just having fun, its a drug you are using to check out and numb out your true inner pain you are afraid to face.. i knew a girl who had to be hospotolized and they tied her arms down because she could not stop masturbating as she was addicted to orgasms.. it can get worse.. much worse.
