Trying to recover from the one thing that gives you that feel good feeling for a lil but is tough. I can't imagine what is like to try to recover from drugs. I respect all that go through these struggles it's not even a single persons issue as I used to think since I've talked to married ppl with children also

    Help help us all

I know every bit of how you feel, but we are all here to help, because we all know how hard it is!

  3. I feel the same Max and Rowan. However, we can draw strength from each other. This community has so much to offer us.

  5. Hello :)
I suggest you to watch these 2 short videos that helped me during the shit states (depression) which I experienced (and occasionally experiencing), unconsciously allowed my mind to create them:

Hope it will help you, but it is not for everyone

  6. First, you need to learn how to love yourself..
then happy time will start. If you're not loving yourself then how can you expect someone to love you..
    Think about it.

  7. Ah, I feel you completely. We've all used Pornography to mask our feelings. We all use it as an escape. Now that the sexual pleasure and instant gratification is lost we feel overpowered and weak because we're at the LOWEST we can be. There's no way else to go but up. I too feel this way. Almost 2 months without a release, always busy with my studies and barely any girls to talk to. I know how it feels but we have to understand the reason why we're here. Just imagine a month from now, opportunity strikes and you get with a nice lady only to be unable to perform. How different would things be if you had been on a streak of months or even years. Would you have regrets then? That's why we should set ourselves up for happiness now, instead of the failures we set ourselves up for by PMO-ing and telling ourselves that we can always continue next time. You can do this, just like anyone else here can. It's just about how bad you want it, my man :)

(I've dropped smoking for about 41 days and PMO for 53 Days. It was insanely tough at first, but when I decided enough was enough it's now a breeze for me)
