Since I've never associated my phone with the use of P, I've used it to help me on my journey with some handy apps out there. I've been using one called 'NF Companion' and it has a counter with motivational quotes AND a badge/reward system. I think that or equivalent will help in those dark days of the urges.

I've been running since high school, it's literally saved my life! After the first few steps you will feel amazing. It's honestly the best thing for burning off adrenaline or dampening anxiety. Peace...M

Tbh I was considering changing it today

Personally, I don't really feel that it makes a difference to me in any way, but I understand why people do them.

I already have a real life leather journal where all of my darkest thoughts are anyway. Doing on on here doesn't make a difference to me or my progress, honestly, but it might be different for you.

Do it if you feel like doing it. No one will force you to write there in case you'll change your mind.
