Day 6- I’m motivated to go this whole month on nofap. I have never lasted a month before but I am determined to do so.

I’m on day 5 today. This is when it starts to get hard. Try cold showers and other stuff like stretching or meditation to keep u mind off it

I'm sorry, but I relapsed. I am going to be more strict this time, going to cut out social media more (things like Reddit or YouTube) and find ways to pass time. Day 0 for me.
