I look forward. Before nofap I fapped multiple times a day ("records" were around 10x/day).
November only every few days.
Then 11 day streak.
Now 35 day streak.
Hope I will be free of PM this time finally.
Exercise really does help me. And, in the sunlight or outdoor air. Tends to induce circadian rhythms, IME. Sleep issues are familiar to me, for sure. @Atlanticus has been helping get some of us focused on those improvements. With great results, all together.
