Loneliness.... to me the inability to share my deep feelings and thoughts....It's no good to keep secrets, so let's share them :)

I agree with you, but still some thoughts are just not to be shared and they affect us. I think we need to live with them. What do you think?

I think, there is nothing I cannot talk about.
I have a very few people I can talk about EVERYTHING. That's taking away my loneliness.

That's very cool. If you have people who accept you for who you truly are this certainly relieves of loneliness.

Yes it is shameful, but you can work on it. The more you go through your shame the more you become free to share whatever you want. But that's a process.
