I feel like that a lot too but we just have to keep trying. Feel free to PM me if you want, I know what you are going through...especially lately. You can do it!

Do whatever hobbies benefit you and help you to replace bad habits with good habits.

I'd also suggest : Exercising, Read a book, Listen to your favorite playlist, Hangout with people, Meditation, Clean the house ect..
