@Never Give Up !! It has the opposite effect on me..when I was doing PMO I had no acne..now I feel like I’m 13 again :/

Check on your zinc and antioxidants level...green tea is really a remedy which worked for me.

@Never Give Up !! I was also taking zinc supplements. But tea sounds good. I’m also avoiding oily food and sugar
