Your perfectionism and high demands of yourself reminded me of myself. So you can imagine I found some comfort seeing those daily red crosses you had, same as I would have had.
Same as most of the people would have had, cause, like a commentator on your post said, this is the description of the ideal man.
And all the while you actually succeeded in what everyone is trying to succeed in here: gaining confidence that you have the mental power to silence your primitive but hard cravings.

Thank you lots, means a lot to know there are people who're together with me on my journey :) Coming here indeed changed me for the best, I have had a few relapses but overall, I've come to realize it isn't impossible to beat pmo. I know you'll do it too, good luck to you my friend!
