  That's a good question. Reason being, I want to retain my seed for at least 90 days. I also want to log the journey in a journal. Combination of both requires counting days, at least for the first 90. I like when you say, "...let it be like you are no fapping for 1M days." Sounds like, "once decided, become the thing and don't hesitate."
