Ive relapsed.im going to ask my mom to hold on to my phone and i can only use it when she is with me for a month

So I forgot about doing this which is another reason why I have been failing lately, questioning yourself is a good way to overcome an urge.

  Rationalising through the urges is a good way to diffuse them.. Letting prefrontal region to exert its command one in awhile is a good way to overcome the hippocampus..
