56 days now. It's been tough. My emotions took a turn south and I've been a little depressed. But Im not giving in or giving up.

30 days and counting. This milestone feels great. I only wish I'd hit it sooner, but better late than never. Onward and upward!

4 full weeks since my last PMO. Ive been in and out of a flatline (mostly in) but it feels good having this streak building.

Woke up with wood today. That alone is a huge step for me.

22 days in and I feel so much better than I did 3 weeks ago. I know this is a rollercoaster ride, but I hope my emotions don't fall off.

I made 14 days. Flatline still going strong but just this little streak feels good to build on. Come on day 30.

Told a family member about my situation today. It was incredibly difficult but went much better than i thought. Im following through.

Started reading Noah Church's book "Whack" and I just really appreciate the fact that guys like him made an effort to put info like this out
