I quitted a Challenge 2days ago. I understood that today's dietary and lifestyle problems are more important than porn addict problem for me. I was tired about Nofap Challenge. I have only a little left since quitting the Nofap challenge, but I noticed that this community made me strong. I need this challenge & community.
Thanks but There are pros and cons for this. I already have taken measures and I am seeing the progress. I restricted carbohydrates and took measures by taking carbohydrates at night instead of daytime.
Bro I too had serious health issues. After my nofap jounrey, I became vegan, started eating one meal a day with little carbs and a lot of protein and healthy fats along with green tea sometimes. I do moderate exericese, stretching and meditation and have never felt so healthy in my life. Lost around 30 pounds in last 80 days. All the best!
I think it dangerous to easily change to a meal a day easily. Not everyone is suitable for one meal. Even though it is necessary, it should be introduced stepwise.
One of the dangers of eating habits is the rapid rise in blood glucose levels. I am apt to change my physical condition by ingesting carbohydrates.
