Treat everyone equal, love, live and remember.

Tough love is not love, 2 b cruel is not kind, these 2 phrases are very misleading & cause so much pain. It's just force governed by fear.

For me over the years there has seemed to be a pattern of 10 day cycle, after 10 days clean it becomes so strong to view P, I must overcome.

You can't beat the Devil but you can ignore him, believe in your heart that he doesn't exist, this will end the battle and u'll win the war.

B careful of feeling sorry 4 yourself & hanging a victim necklace around your neck, the gift of life is very special, please love yourself.

Your inner child needs love not war, don't start a war against yourself but take time out to meditate and heal your neglected inner child.

When the darkness creeps up on you have your torch at the ready and make sure that the batteries are fully charged.

One of the best ways to get help is to offer help, remember there is always someone going through a rougher time than you.

Some people have more luck than other the reason why is that the are more honest than others, honesty creates Good luck.

If you struggle to drift off try counting back from 100 in your minds eye, each time you say the number breathe out, it works trust me.

As soon as the seed of PMO is planted in your mind dig it up & throw it away, visualise the thought as a tiny seed, don't allow it to grow.

During the night if you didn't sleep well fear not, to be healed whilst sleeping takes a lot of energy, have a great day and love yourself.

As u close ur eyes to fall asleep take 3 breaths or as many as u like & on each out breath say 'thank u for when I wake I shall be healed'
