33 days. i´m feeling quite good, loneliness almost gone i can´t believe it! depression is very weak. REHAB NEXT WEEK. life is awesome! =)

20 days! When I walk in the city I'm a little more confident and I don't have thoughts about what people might think of me.

  You know this is a true thing. One of the milestones of my recovery process through the years was when realized most people don't really think of me that often.

  I joined a gym in 1997 after getting sober from alcohol. I'd always worried about what the other people in the gym would think - so I never joined. After a while, I realized the only thing they thought about me was "when is he going to get off that machine".
