The only death that needs to happen is the death of the Ego, PMO is Ego related, kill the Ego to kill PMO.

To objectify others is because of the need 2 b objectified I'm going through this right now, I've prayed 4 help and it's brought me here.

One more is the book series 'Conversations With God' by Nealle Donnald Walsch, it's sublime spiritual material, & truly opened my eyes.

Another teacher is Exkhart Toole, 'The Power of Now' is a superb book but can have a reverse effect on u @ first as it strips away ur ego.

I love all spiritual teachers and the Gospels of Jesus Christ are some of the best words of advice ever written.

Start to change your life with just 3 steps. 1. Meditation 2. Stop drinking alcohol 3. Start exercising frequently.
