IMO, down-to-earthness, real sincere desire to go through all the hardship necessary to arrive at true happiness after and dedication to work on a method/strategy that you believe will get you through easy and difficult times, will determine how far you'll reach. Even the most hopeful, motivated, mentally strong and determined people here slip sometimes, IMO, mostly due to forgetting one of the former elements.
That said, good luck with your first streak. Remember that everything that might lie between you and your goal is something that you can remove. This PMO addiction is not something inherently attached to our lives. It is removable. Trust in that.
