Relapse is not a goal of recovery. But, it does happen. For me, I tried to learn from it. Sometimes I was more successful than other times.

It means your human. But getting up again makes you superhuman. :)

Yes sometimes during the process one falls down, but later rises up again to become stronger and better! ;) I have to try to find some wisdom from my fall to avoid it better next time
