  I started a counter some time ago, which would reset if I'd relapse while awake, after or during digital stimuli. It's at 24 now. :)

    You are perfect but you can use a little improvement... And the idea is not to perfect your self but to perfect your love. We are all in transition so IMHO don't worry about relapse they are a testimony of suffering. Welcome them as a little brother and listen to them. What are you escaping? Why are you numbing yourself?     When i see the hook in the bait i can still turn around.
    When i see how i m hooked there’s no way to be arrogant. In both cases the trick for me is to keep seeing the hook and getting confortable with wanting the bait. Then slowly and with lots of self love and compassion the miracle happens

    They say that the master has fallen more times that the apprenctice has aver tried... i say that the only way to fail is to stop trying . Though I would not consider this a battle... No one should fight against themselves or against God (redundant) ,. We should only thrive to understand better and then the evidence makes us act accordingly. Stay strong We do this together
