Not too bad. I think I have made massive progress, as a person, and have learned a lot about my reasons for PMOing. I think this run might be the one that leads me out of this addiction. Are you OK?
That's nice to hear. I wish you the strength to find the way out. I'm going through some struggles and lonliness, so it helps to come back here and find strength in the community where we all got similar goals and struggles.
