  meh, it's not the end of your streak; in that, even if you get a higher streak, you'll realistically end up relapsing and relapsing. If you view relapses as failures and streaks as learning, you can then understand the journey isn't a game you have to get a certain number in to win, it's a constant struggle for success, just like business, war, politics and relationships are.

I'm a 16-year-old guy trying my damnedest to succeed with NoFap. I have failed many times over I come here with high hopes that it will help me resist PMO. I do Wim Hof along with NoFap to increase my discipline and of course exercise. Hopefully, with time these disciplines will increase my self-worth and at the end find a guy I can have a healthy relationship with.
