My man, there is something called "extinction burst" with ridiculous urges. Basically it is a last try of your brain to get the fix it wants. So it is a GOOD sign! Every time you resist those strong urges you grow a lot!

But I gave in eventually after a couple of hours..but that is in the past, I picked myself back up and moving on.
